I just bought these and just checked, they look like they are printed, although when I try scratch it off the lines feel like they are raised off the red finish . I got them to use on occasions, they won’t be handled every day as I have a hobby workshop, not a commercial shop, so I’m not going to wear them out anytime soon I’m sure , For the money they are costing I can highly recommend them
